About the role

Our dedicated team are looking for a Grounds Person to join us in maintaining a clean and attractive community environment for our residents.

This role requires a motivated and reliable person with a 'can-do, will-do' attitude, who has the ability to work well in a team but who can also work with minimal supervision. You will assist with the general upkeep of the grounds, vehicles and equipment, along with occasionally assisting the maintenance team.

Some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Rubbish removal and recycling management
  • General garden tidy-up such as removal of leaves
  • Water blasting of paving areas etc
  • Cleaning of Village vehicles
  • Providing general assistance to the maintenance team


You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our residents. You will be considerate in your engagement with our residence and staff and hard working to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards.
