Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Benefit Management Specialist in Customer and Compliance Services (CCS), Planning Design and Delivery – who will be assigned to the Performance and Reporting team.
Proven ability to deliver benefit frameworks and benefit reporting in a large organisation
Full time, 6 months fixed term – All Inland Revenue locations considered.
Ara Whiwhi Mahi | The Opportunity
As the Benefit Management Specialist, you will utilise your experience in large scale project management, benefit identification and measurement and stakeholder engagement to implement new frameworks.
You will be responsible for enhancing and embedding a benefit and value framework to support investment decisions and report on initiative outcomes across our Customer and Compliance Services, ensuring our organization operates effectively and efficiently.
You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across Customer and Compliance Services to build knowledge and engagement with the benefit framework, enhancing the wider team's capabilities. Additionally, you will need to align with our enterprise benefit and value chain reporting to maintain ongoing alignment.

To be successful in the role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in benefit realisation including identification, monitoring and measurement.
- Successful delivery of fit-for-purpose benefit reporting mechanisms.
- Proven track record in the use and implementation of best practice Project Management frameworks in a large-scale organisational context.
- A thought leader and practitioner in the application of benefit management frameworks, processes and tools to ensure investments realise the benefits/value of their investment, and can apply both a risk and value lens
- Advance technical user of Office 365 and SharePoint.
