About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned Procurement Specialist to join our team in Auckland. You will be responsible for managing the Procurement process for complex design and construction projects within the energy sector. This role involves overseas and local procurement, shipping and importation, and ensuring compliance with head-contract flow-down provisions, budget and programme requirements.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business or Legal
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement within the energy or utilities sectors, particularly in EPC and D&C Construction projects.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers
Experience with complex procurement arrangements, contract warranties, guarantees, and financial securities such as bonds and bank guarantees.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Be highly motivated, innovative, curious and open to new ways of doing things.
