Job Description
Tradestaff is on the lookout for a class 2 driver to join our client on a long-term, temporary assignment!
Your primary responsibility will be working with a technician to backfill holes after stormwater pipes have been laid. There will be laboring involved, however this position will be mostly driving.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside a technician to backfill stormwater pipe holes
- Labouring when required
- Safely operating a class 2 vehicle along main roads & highways
- Effective communication to technicians and team members while operating the vehicle
Requirements:
- Valid & clean NZ class 2 license
- WTR endorsements aren’t necessary bit highly desirable
- Willing to undergo & pass a pre-employment drug test
- High commitment to Health & Safety
Benefits:
- Starting rate of $26p/h. Rate is dependent on experience
