About the Role
As our Housekeeping Supervisor in Franz Josef / Waiau, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a sparkling clean and comfortable stay. You'll lead and motivate a small team, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene while upholding the unique Haka House spirit. This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in housekeeping tasks while also overseeing the team's performance.
The Role Will Involve
Leading and supervising a small housekeeping team π§Ή
Ensuring all guest rooms and common areas are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards π§½
Managing cleaning supplies and equipment effectively π§΄
Training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment π€
Maintaining detailed records and reporting on housekeeping activities π
Assisting with the cleaning of rooms and common areas as needed πͺ
