About the Role:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with the Waikeria Prison facility management team to successfully deliver and manage the requirements of the Project Agreement. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all KPIs are met and exceeded, implementing effective strategies to achieve financial targets, client satisfaction, and sub-contractor management. You will also ensure efficiency in cost control and profitability of both the PPP and National Contracts.
About You:
- Minimum of five years in a facilities administration or customer service role.
- Experience within the trade, property, or facilities management industry preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (advanced level), JDE & FSI (or equivalent).
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Understanding of invoicing and accounts payable functions preferred.
- Ability to implement and champion systems and best practices.
- Good organizational skills, able to work with a high level of autonomy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to produce high-quality written documentation.
- Team player with planning ability to prioritize workload.
