Technology Specialist (L3)– Identity Access Management (IAM)
Mō te roopu | About the team
IAM Services is a highly engaged team of four employees within Technology Services. This team is accountable for IR’s Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) functions ensuring that the right IR workers have the right systems access. This role is based in Wellington but we will also consider candidates based in Auckland.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
Reporting to the Service Owner of IAM Services, the role’s responsibilities include managing system access requests and incident management, ensuring the IR identity policy is adhered too, planning and prioritisation of workload, managing Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and discretionary systems access, running attestation campaigns, assisting with systems change management activities and testing of system behaviours.
Whilst this role covers broad aspects of technology services, it also holds various responsibilities including:
· Supporting strategy development and shaping of IR's Identity Access Management future roadmaps
· Contributing to the formulation of governance process frameworks.
· Ensuring services are aligned with CISO policy.
· Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and develop and reporting on services.
· Ensure the service stays up to date and future-proofed.

To be successful in this position you will also:
· Have proven experience in Identity Access Management and/or Privilege Access Management.
· Be experienced in user interaction frameworks including service consumption, incident triage processes and the production of user guides.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively and communicate with a range of stakeholders.
· Have strong experience supporting leaders and colleagues meet deadlines and produce strong results.
· Demonstrate initiative by identifying inefficiencies and able to recommend improvements.
· Technical aptitude demonstrated by an ability to learn and understand new concepts easily.
· Naturally create and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver quality outcomes.
. Have previous experience working with an identity governance tool (like One Identity Manager)
