Job Description
The Opportunity
We are actively seeking a new Work Management Centre – Technical Subject Matter Expert to join our team in New Zealand. This role will be directly reporting to the Work Management Centre Team Leader.
The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service across the business work groups that continually improves and grows the relationships with our Customers/Clients. As well as proactively assist the WMC to be a centre of excellence by taking ownership, having a positive “can do did do” attitude, being productive and achieving SLAs/KPIs and following through on promises/commitments.
What we are looking for
- Technical skills and qualifications as required from field experience
- Appreciation of fundamental aspects of business, including operation and basic financial
- Proven experience in providing quality customer service through sound communication and customer management skills, including issue and conflict resolution
- Proven team player, able to work toward common goals and participate in quality improvements
- Demonstrated keyboard skills, proven speed in typing and competence in operating computerized systems such as databases, email and Windows driven packages
- Ability to work unsupervised demonstrating independence and drive and ownership and commitment
