The Opportunity:

An exciting & rarely advertised opportunity has become available at Courtesy Ford for our Group Business Manager role.

The successful applicant is responsible for Finance & Insurance sales in Palmerston North as well as managing the Group results for our other Branches. We are looking for an individual with a proven background of selling finance and insurance products, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for providing tailored finance and insurance solutions, maximizing every sales opportunity. Whilst building strong relationships with third-party finance providers and other key stakeholders. As this is a customer-facing role, weekend availability will be required as we operate 6 days a week.

What We're Looking For:

• A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets
• Prospecting past and future clients from our database
• 1-2 years of experience in finance and insurance sales (automotive industry experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A commitment to exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and excellent computer literacy
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A clean, full driver's licence
