• Operate and monitor UHT production machinery to ensure efficient and quality
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Work night shifts (6pm-6am) on a 4 on, 4 off rotational roster

About the Role:
We are seeking expressions of interests for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in the UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) production process. This position involves working on night shifts and will follow a 4on, 4off rotational roster, providing a great work-life balance. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery involved in the UHT production process.

Daily Duties:

• Operate and monitor UHT production equipment and machinery.
• Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with the team to meet production goals and maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in machine operation is desirable, but not essential.
• Experience in the dairy industry is a bonus, but not required.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and adapt to a 4 on, 4 off rotational roster.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• NZ Citizen or Resident.
• A clean criminal record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
