Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the modernization of our web applications by transitioning from SPA to a Micro frontend architecture.
  • Architect, design, and develop complex frontend solutions using React, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical debt, ensuring the long-term health of the codebase.

What You Need:

  • Proven experience leading teams in the development of large-scale web applications.
  • Extensive experience with SPA architecture and a strong understanding of the transition to Micro frontend architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers, such as Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and React component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
