About the Role 
We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team in a Lead Maintenance role. This is a Full-time position working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630

In this role you will:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the village with efficient and effective maintenance services, ensuring that facilities and grounds are fit for purpose and provide a safe environment for all
  • Complete the planned preventative maintenance and refurbishment programme by working with the Ryman Property team and Facilities Manager
  • Be a health & safety champion by ensuring that all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to by staff and contractors, always providing a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors
  • Form strong relationships and work closely with and support your team and colleagues

About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

  • Previous experience in a lead Maintenance role (trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential)
  • Ability to lead a motivated and productive team and a varied contractor and supplier base
  • Sound problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with experience in producing periodic maintenance and H&S reports
  • A reliable, friendly and professional manner
