Are you a hands-on, reliable team player with a current forklift licence? Our well-established client is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join their high-performing team based in Albany. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied, fast-paced warehouse environment where your contribution is genuinely valued.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Accurately processing customer orders to meet daily delivery targets
  • Receiving and logging incoming goods, then storing them in the correct locations
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Packaging and labelling shipments to meet company standards
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient
  • Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Working across various warehouse functions to build a diverse skillset

What We're Looking For:

  • Current forklift licence (Counterbalance and Reach) - a must-have
  • Previous experience in warehousing, especially with inwards goods and dispatch - preferred
  • A strong eye for detail - especially when handling batch/expiry-controlled stock
  • Great communication skills - able to follow instructions in English, both written and verbal
  • A strong work ethic - able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit - comfortable lifting up to 20kg (most items under 10kg) and on your feet throughout the day
  • A safety-first mindset - you take pride in maintaining a safe and tidy workspace
