We are looking for a 'Superstar' Client Support / Personal Assistant!

Please visit our website, http://www.nzohs.co.nz, for more information.

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced B2B Client Support professional to oversee our clients' needs. The role involves managing appointments, subscription payments, support calls, and providing client training. Additionally, the position includes CRM data entry and maintenance, account administration, and personal assistant tasks.

  • You will be reporting directly to the owner.
  • You will be engaged as a self-employed contractor.

As our ideal candidate, you're a 'superstar' with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You have at least five years of experience in B2B Client Support and are familiar with appointment scheduling tools and CRM software. You're also comfortable with administrative tasks and can easily manage multiple priorities.

This is a part-time role for 15 hours per week, Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Friday, during regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The specific schedule is negotiable. You will work from home as a self-employed contractor, so a reliable computer, internet access, and a quiet workspace are essential.
