About the Role

This Entry Level Real Estate Sales position offers a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in the dynamic world of Auckland real estate with City Realty Group. You'll be immersed in a supportive and high-achieving environment, learning from experienced professionals and developing the skills needed to become a successful real estate agent. This role provides a solid foundation for a rewarding and potentially lucrative career.

The Role Will Involve

  • Learning the fundamentals of real estate sales, including property marketing, client communication, and negotiation.
  • Assisting senior agents with property viewings, open homes, and client interactions.
  • Contributing to the team's overall success through proactive participation and a positive attitude.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and building a personal network within the community. Networking events will be provided.
  • Mastering our CRM system and other sales tools.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A real estate license or willingness to complete one- takes up to 3 months to obtain and can be done online or in person through outside providers.
  • A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A passion for real estate and a desire to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
