About you

You are a Passionate and Inspiring people person, ready to assist our customers with Integrity and Care. Our customer is our focus; you will provide extraordinary customer service and be part of a friendly team with Disciplined retail processes and Entrepreneurial sales skills. Having a spark for electronics will enhance the customer experience based on our products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
  • Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers
  • Ensure stock is unpacked and maintaining stock reserve standards
  • General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
  • Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience
  • In conjunction with the Store Manager provide a safe working environment for the team and customers


Experience required:

  • High standards of customer service delivery
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous retail experience favourable, we do provide on the job training
