Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and pay invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and maintain accurate accounts payable records and spreadsheets
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide financial information and support to the management team as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in an accounts payable role
- Proficient in accounting software will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

You will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test. Ongoing random drug testing is carried out. Applicants must also have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
