We are looking to build our team in our site at St Cuthbert College, Epsom and are now looking for two exceptional Chefs de Partie. This is a Permanent Full Time position

  • cooking, preparing and presenting food while ensuring the quality of every dish we serve.
  • able to cook within budget, think on your feet and be a team player.
  • ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers through Allergen and Food Control Plan management.
  • be an advocate and role model for safety in the workplace. Along with keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. Health and Safety is our number 1 rule.
  • Bulk cooking experience is highly advantageous, with an understanding of heavy prep = smooth service.

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Passion for preparing high-quality food
  • Team focused with great clear oral and written communication skills
  • Proven reliability
  • Be clean, tidy and organised
  • Proactively assist BOH and FOH teams with food preparation and presentation
  • Experienced in time management and ensuring tasks are completed to schedule
  • Qualified with current food safety hygiene certificate
  • Understand forecasted cuisine production loading to ensure minimal wastage
  • Abide to our set monitored recipe parameters
