TRC Toyota in sunny Masterton requires a positive-people-person to join our Service team!

This busy and on-the-go position involves working alongside our workshop, parts and sales departments to ensure our customers vehicles are serviced and sorted on time. Keeping the flow of work going, understanding what vehicles needs are for servicing and positive communication with our customers is all part of the action. We aim to give every customer an exceptional experience each time they visit us.

Another key part of this role is being responsible for ensuring the invoicing of jobs is super organised and accurate.

At times, this can be a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be able to keep cool under pressure, multi-task and have some fortitude.

We are looking for someone who will fit into our awesome team, can follow process, has a good sense of humour and a clean driver's licence with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. On the job induction and training, as well as Toyota New Zealand Service Advisor career pathway training is part of the package.
