Workshop Foreman Opportunity - join our Upper Hutt team!

Are you a skilled diesel mechanic with a passion for leadership and safety? We're looking for a dedicated Foreman to join our Upper Hutt workshop team. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy supporting others, we want to hear from you!

As Workshop Foreman, you will be leading our team who cover servicing and general repairs on our modern urban buses, as well as working on diesel school and charter buses and long distance and touring coaches.

What are we looking for?

  • A trained diesel mechanic with at least 5 years of industry experience.
  • Previous experience in a leading or supervisor role e.g. mentoring apprentices
  • Strong diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage administration tasks, including payroll and fleet maintenance systems.
