Job Description

This Wellington based law firm is wanting a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide legal advice and services to a wide range of clients.

Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role

You will be at the forefront of varied range of matters, providing expert legal advice and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents related to commercial property, relationship property, elder law, and estates thorough research to support case preparation. You will learn from other senior lawyers, and depending on your level of experience, you could mentor junior and intermediate level lawyers.

Mōhou ake | About you

  • Experience in property law or commercial law with interest to move into property
  • 2-8 PQE
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Flexible working options will be consider including part time hours.
