OneStaff Recruitment is seeking a reliable and experienced Head Housekeeper for a modern, high-quality motel located in central Tauranga. This role is ideal for someone with a strong housekeeping background who is ready to step into a team leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small housekeeping team and manage staff rosters
- Perform day-to-day cleaning duties to high standards
- Ensure rooms and public areas are presented immaculately
- Communicate effectively with management to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with administrative duties if experienced
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping (supervisory experience a plus)
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Confident in staff coordination and scheduling
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
