The Opportunity:

We are seeking a vibrant and engaging individual to be our Showhome Host & Sales Consultant for our brand new Modspace Homes showhome in Levin. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first point of contact for potential customers, showcasing our stunning homes and helping people discover the Modspace Homes difference.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating a Welcoming Showhome Experience: Be the friendly and approachable face of Site Scope Homes, warmly greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable in our showhome.
• Showhome Presentation: Maintain the showhome to a high standard of presentation, ensuring it is always clean, tidy, and inviting to showcase our homes at their best.
• Product Expert: Become a knowledgeable advocate for Modspace Homes. You'll learn all about our designs, features, benefits, and the unique advantages of modular construction, and confidently communicate this to visitors.
• Engaging with Visitors: Spark conversations with visitors, understand their housing needs and aspirations, and answer their questions about Modspace Homes in a clear and informative way.
• Providing Information & Guidance: Walk visitors through the showhome, highlighting key features and benefits, and providing relevant information such as pricing, customization options, and the build process.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Capture visitor details accurately and efficiently, and conduct basic follow-up to nurture potential customers and encourage further engagement.
• Optional - Depending on Role Scope]: Assist potential customers through the initial stages of the sales process, providing information and support as they consider Modspace Homes.
• Showhome Administration: Perform basic administrative tasks related to showhome operation, such as reporting visitor numbers, managing brochures and marketing materials, and ensuring the showhome is well-stocked.

• Proactive and self-motivated: You are comfortable working independently in the showhome environment and can take initiative to engage visitors and ensure smooth operations.
• Reliable and responsible: You are committed to maintaining showhome hours and ensuring the showhome is professionally managed.
• Beneficial but not essential]: Background in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm and the right attitude!
