**Contractor Position + Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Emergency Leave!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in managing client relationships and onboarding new partners/Clients
• The Primary sales contact for travel agents & providing sales support and guidance by utilising the platform
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth operation
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of service
• Maintain and update client records in our CRM system
• Assist in local sales processes - Credit Management, offline activities, training and complaints resolution
• Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
• Stay informed about industry trends and our platform's features to better support clients.

Ideal candidate: Proven experience in sales support, client services, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
• Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• An understanding of travel distribution and global travel trends is a plus!
