**Contractor Position + Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Emergency Leave!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in managing client relationships and onboarding new partners/Clients
- The Primary sales contact for travel agents & providing sales support and guidance by utilising the platform
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth operation
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of service
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system
- Assist in local sales processes - Credit Management, offline activities, training and complaints resolution
- Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends and our platform's features to better support clients.
Ideal candidate: Proven experience in sales support, client services, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
- Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- An understanding of travel distribution and global travel trends is a plus!
