We're looking for a driven, experienced, and hands-on Service Manager to lead one of the world's most renowned commercial service departments with passion and integrity.


Responsibilities within this role

  • Lead, motivate and inspire a high-performing service team to achieve targets, ensuring top-tier service and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure service meets manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Monitor service department metrics and analyze data to improve performance
  • Develop and manage the service department budget, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability



Requirements for the role

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a truck dealership or vehicle service environment
  • Strong technical understanding of truck maintenance and repair processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Proficiency with service management software and other industry-relevant tools
