Job Description

Warkworth Toyota is your local North Auckland Toyota dealership covering New, Used and Signature Class sales, Service, Parts, and Finance making us a “One-Stop shop” for everything you need. We are currently searching for our next Service Advisor superstar to join our growing Service Department at our Warkworth location. You will be joining a supportive, enthusiastic and fun service team who will ensure you are supported through the day-to-day duties of the role.

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team and help with the following:

  • Portray a positive first impression to customers.
  • Checking in customer’s vehicles, including a pre-service walk around/inspection of the vehicle.
  • Explaining the work required / carried out on customers vehicle in detail.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the day the status of their vehicle and discuss any extra work required.
  • Making service bookings whether it be by phone, email or in person.
  • Providing accurate quotations to customers.
  • Ensuring accurate customer data entry.
  • Invoicing and taking payments.

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Well-presented and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Great time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Computer illiterate with good administrative skills.
  • A can-do attitude and a fun and outgoing personality.
  • Full and clean drivers license.
  • Ability to work every second Saturday.
  • Good technical understanding of motor vehicle servicing and repair.
  • 2 years minimum experience as a Service Advisor.
