What you’ll do
You’ll basically come to work to play with the latest and greatest tools and techniques!!! Apart from developing high quality, scalable and performant solutions, you’ll work right across the lifecycle from design through to deployment.

As a Senior within the team you’ll also get a chance to

  • Showcase your mentoring skills and contribute towards the development of best practices within our Agile squads.
  • Form awesome relationships with testers, product owners, business analysts, and third parties - no two days are ever the same!


What you’ll bring
We're looking for a passionate and skilled developer with:

Essential Skills:

  • Deep proficiency in C#, Python, and SQL.
  • Expertise in Entity Framework, FastAPI, and Restful API design.
  • Strong understanding and application of design patterns (SOLID, DDD, CQRS).
  • Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, Cloud Run Jobs, and BigQuery.
  • Experience with Python for API Development: Specifically, using FastAPI to build robust APIs.
  • Experience with either Angular or React is essential for this role.


Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with the Jira API for workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery for basic data analysis.


You'll also be comfortable working within Azure cloud environments, implementing DevSecOps practices. As a "gun developer," you'll be eager to share your insights and contribute to projects that directly benefit the people of New Zealand.
