We have a newly created role to support our growing customer demand. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative in the building industry to join our team in Auckland, servicing the areas from Bombay to Warkworth. This role involves advancing business development strategies to increase sales, forging new customer relationships, and exploring opportunities to expand our Go-To Market Strategy into new sales channels.

About You:

  • You will have to be comfortable working with short lead times and constant change from customers.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, showcasing a strong sales "hunter" approach.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales growth plans.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture successful relationships, consistently driving sales growth.
  • Strong technical aptitude with industry experience would be advantageous.
  • Quick to understand the features and benefits of our products and present them confidently to customers.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience and persistence are in your DNA to achieve goals and targets.
