About this role As a Commis Chef, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and plating. You’ll work closely with senior chefs, developing your culinary skills while ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are prepped and ready for service
Support senior chefs with cooking and plating dishes to high presentation standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety, following best practices and lodge standards
Help with stock management, ensuring ingredients are stored correctly and supplies are well-stocked
We are a collaborative team who love to bounce ideas and suggestions off each other – we succeed together

What you will bring
Some experience in a professional kitchen or relevant culinary training
