Job Description

Are you curious by nature, commercially savvy, and passionate about driving smarter procurement decisions? We're looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist who thrives on getting into the detail, asking the right questions, and uncovering opportunities to optimise spend and protect the bottom line.

What you’ll be doing:
This role is all about owning supplier relationships, diving deep into pricing and contract changes, and understanding what’s behind the numbers. You’ll work across a wide supplier base – from services to direct and consumables – making sure product ranges are right, contracts are current, and costs are tightly controlled
.

  • Investigate and analyse cost differences and pricing trends
  • Question contract changes and pricing movements with a healthy dose of curiosity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align catalogues and product master data in the ERP system
  • Standardise procurement processes and identify cost-saving initiatives
  • Oversee and develop supplier relationships, ensuring performance and accountability
  • Lead contract renegotiations and help shape supplier strategy across categories
  • Use data to inform smarter decisions, spot inefficiencies, and create value


About you:
You’ll be a confident communicator who’s comfortable talking to suppliers and stakeholders alike, with the experience to back yourself commercially. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo, and you genuinely enjoy understanding the “why” behind the numbers.

We’re after someone who can bring:

  • 4+ years proven commercial procurement experience
  • A strong grasp of end-to-end procurement processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems and product catalogue management
  • Sharp analytical skills and a strategic mindset
  • Confidence in supplier oversight, performance monitoring, and relationship management
  • A proactive approach to driving value and continuous improvement
