The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the smooth operation of our property and facilities services. In this role, you will work closely with our property managers to coordinate and prioritise property maintenance, facilities requests, and security management across our kindergartens, centres, and support office.
Your contribution will be key to ensuring that our learning environments remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for our tamariki and kaiako teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Service Desk Support: Manage and prioritise work requests, liaise with contractors, and track work progress.
- Administration & Finance: Process invoices, monitor budgets, and ensure approvals are completed on time.
- Facilities & Security Coordination: Oversee vehicle fleet servicing, maintain site security access, and support compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Project Support: Assist with digitisation of property records and process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide clear and timely communication with kindergartens, contractors, and internal teams.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will be highly organised, proactive, and a strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:
- 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in property, facilities, or finance-related roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience processing invoices and working with budgets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to teamwork and service excellence.
