As a Learning Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of training and learning initiatives across KiwiRail. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage learning schedules, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating learning events, managing bookings, and ensuring training schedules run smoothly.
- Liaising with the Learning and Development team to schedule and support training courses.
- Maintaining accurate training records and compliance reports.
- Processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and supporting budget tracking.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for learning and development. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in administration, training coordination, or project support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning management systems (desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset.
