What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As a dispatch coordinator you will directly assist in mobilising our members; creating solutions, sharing expertise and thinking quickly to keep New Zealand moving.
Your responsibilities will include managing roadside breakdown services for all AA Members and Customers. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, managing email and web communications with operational teams, and overseeing the scheduling of Service Officers, Battery Van contractors, and other AA Contractors nationwide.
The Dispatch team operates on rotating rosters, 7 days a week. Working hours range from 6 AM to 11:30 PM, including two weekends each month, so flexibility is essential!
We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Please specify your preference for full-time or part-time in your cover letter.

- A natural people person with a strong customer service background and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Capable of remaining calm and resolving situations effectively when needed.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and computer proficiency.
- Comfortable working on a rotational roster and available for full-time training.
