A well-established and highly reputable signage and branding company on Auckland’s North Shore is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading projects from concept to completion, and knows how to deliver exceptional client experiences.

About the Role
You'll manage signage projects end-to-end – from initial briefing through to installation and final delivery. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, you'll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the key liaison between clients, contractors, and the internal team
  • Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders
  • Track milestones, ensure quality outcomes, and handle any issues
  • Support pre-sales meetings and post-project reviews


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management within signage, print, branding, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of signage and/or construction substrates would be an advantage
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Confidence in juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and supplier negotiation
  • A calm, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Super organization skills and advanced Microsoft Office (including Excel) and administration
