Step into a role where your storytelling skills make a real difference! As Senior Communications Advisor at IHC Group, you'll drive creative and impactful communications across our organization and subsidiaries. You'll work closely with passionate teams, crafting engaging content, shaping key messages, and bringing our mission to life. Reporting to the General Manager Communications, you'll play a vital role in strengthening IHC's voice—both inside and out—helping to champion inclusion and advocacy for people with intellectual disabilities.



Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proven background in communications or media, with expertise in content creation, media relations, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, staff, media, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills, managing multiple deadlines effectively.
  • A tertiary qualification in communications or media (or equivalent experience) and a full NZ driver's license.
