We're on the hunt for motivated team players to join a high-performing production crew in an ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity. With training, support, and development on offer, this is your chance to step into an essential industry and build a long-term future.
What You'll Be Doing:
Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
Working with your team to troubleshoot and overcome production challenges
Supporting the corrugator team with moving reels, stripping reels, and setting splices
Operating high-speed machinery and monitoring quality and efficiency
Heavy lifting up to 25kg
What You'll Bring:
A positive attitude and willingness to commit long-term
Comfort with physical, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous production or factory experience is great, but not essential
A forklift licence is a bonus (but not required)
Ability to pass a drug test and Ministry of Justice check
Hours and Shifts: Monday to Friday Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Afternoon shift: 2:20 PM - 10:20 PM Overtime available after training, including weekends and extended weekday hours
