We're on the hunt for motivated team players to join a high-performing production crew in an ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity. With training, support, and development on offer, this is your chance to step into an essential industry and build a long-term future.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Working with your team to troubleshoot and overcome production challenges
• Supporting the corrugator team with moving reels, stripping reels, and setting splices
• Operating high-speed machinery and monitoring quality and efficiency
• Heavy lifting up to 25kg

What You'll Bring:

• A positive attitude and willingness to commit long-term
• Comfort with physical, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous production or factory experience is great, but not essential
• A forklift licence is a bonus (but not required)
• Ability to pass a drug test and Ministry of Justice check

Hours and Shifts:
Monday to Friday
Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Afternoon shift: 2:20 PM - 10:20 PM
Overtime available after training, including weekends and extended weekday hours
