The Role – Revenue Integrity Officer

With your strong attention to detail, you will be able to ensure that all manifest billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also ensure receipts are accurately posted for the DC allocation and correctly reconcile manifests with redemptions.

To be successful in this role it is imperative you are highly motivated, reliable, punctual, someone who thrives working within teams and autonomously. With a sense of humour, strong work ethic and ability to prosper in fast-paced environments, you will be the perfect addition to our Revenue Integrity Team.

This is a permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm (rostered Saturday shifts are in addition to these hours). The role is based at New Zealand Couriers Head Office based in Penrose.

The hourly rate for this position varies from $29.66 to $31.00.

A minimum of one year’s relevant experience is required to be considered for this position.

Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities of the Role

  • Manifest Billing - To complete manifest billing on time and accurately
  • Revenue Integrity - Reconcile manifests with redemptions
  • Rebates – Accurately report on rebates
  • DC Allocation – All receipts accurately posted
  • Maintain Billing Databases - Update billing databases as and when required
  • Achieving/Filing – Ensure all documents are filed correctly
