We're looking for motivated and reliable Process workers to join our client's fast-paced Food Manufacturing environment!

About the Role:
As a Process worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a variety of exciting food production lines. This role requires the ability to be available on-call, and work across a range of shifts for example:

• AM: 6am - 2:30pm
• Afternoon: 2:15-10:45pm
• Night: 10:30pm-6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production line activities, communicate well in a team, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform general tasks including lifting, packing, clean-up, loading, and handling food materials.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Availability to be on-call, and work across a range of shift times AM, Afternoon, PM.
• Ability to lift and handle materials, stand for long periods - candidates must have no existing injuries or physical limitations. Please state if you have any nut or other food allergies/restrictions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal conviction check.
• Prior production experience is an advantage, but not essential. Must be competent with a fast-paced environment and okay with repetitive movement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and food quality.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are key! No-shows, poor attendance and lateness will not be tolerated.
