A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager to lead our Blenheim branch.

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, this key position is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of our staff and fleet teams for both Post Haste Couriers and New Zealand Couriers.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in staff and operations management, recruitment, process planning, cost control and health and safety, with extensive experience in the courier/logistics industry.

Our team and values-driven culture is important to us and as such, a key driver will be to foster and enhance our culture and ensure our people grow through succession planning within the operation team and wider group.
