About the role
As a Deployment Specialist Team Member, you’ll be part of the Safe Food Pro Project Team. You’ll proactively identify training and planning opportunities to enable our Stores and to meet their regulatory responsibilities to our customers so that they can get more out of life.

Key pieces of work include:
· Providing internal support and training as well as roll-out
· Onboarding all stores, department and users.
· Data acquisition, management and uploading of information to personalise solutions for individual store requirements
· Responsible for roll-out and adaptation of system forms
· Support form development and management.
· Provide guidance and technical support in the system and will support and coach support office personnel
· Manage the data that goes into the system to provide accurate details for relevant stakeholders to drive and instigate required action points
· Ensure we maintain our obligation through the processes, safeguarding that the right information goes to the right person at the right time

About you
You will have a food safety compliance background, be disciplined and organised with good forward planning ability. You will also be a strong communicator with proven coaching skills and great stakeholder management to enable you to have the tough conversations and influence. As a fast learner with a can-do attitude, you’ll be keen to soak in new information and skills.

You’ll also have:
· Previous experience working with software solutions and Apps
· Very good attention to detail
· A full New Zealand Drivers Licence
· Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
