Our purpose is "To be the best Third-Party Distribution team in New Zealand, helping more Kiwis into homes," through delivering outstanding experiences for our advisers and their customers.

We are growing our team and as a result are now seeking experienced Hub Managers to join our Third-Party Distribution whanau, dedicated to supporting our team of Home Ownership Specialists.

This role can be based anywhere within New Zealand.

Te Tūranga | The role:

As a Hub Manager, you will deliver unbeatable experiences for our Mortgage Advisers and their customers through proactive leadership, management, and development of your team.

Your leadership qualities will enable you to give clear direction, guidance and support as required. We are looking for applicants who are proactive and confident in their ability to foster a successful team environment.

You will play a key role in working closely with our team of Business Development Managers to enhance ASB's visibility in market and develop long-term relationships to contribute to the overall success of our advisers and their customers.

To be successful in the role, you will be an experienced leader with proven leadership skills and experience of at least 3 years of managing and leading teams. You will have a proven track record with thriving in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to detail, a strong lending background and the ability to priorities time effectively.

Your passion, drive and enthusiasm will be compelling, and you will use your well-developed problem solving, relationship and communication skills to coach, motivate and inspire a high performing team.
