Te tūranga | The role:

Your role exists to make our customer's lives easier by guiding them through their home loan journey. You will be committed to helping our customers "Own the Home of their dreams" whether it is assisting them in buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building or renovating, you will ensure that their financial wellbeing is protected and that they are ready financially for today, a rainy day or someday.

We are looking for someone who puts the customer first. You will work face to face with customers to lead quality lending conversations with confidence, putting your solid understanding of our products, processes and policies to good use by proactively identifying your customers financial needs. As a confident networker, you will use your communication skills to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Ō pūkenga | About you:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining long lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Extensive, current lending experience and existing knowledge of home Lending products
  • An ability to identify the bigger picture and anticipate customers financial needs
  • Knowledge of the current responsible lending legislation and AML requirements
