Senior Service Technician

Auckland based

Here is an opportunity to join a well-known professional company who are specialist market leaders and provides post-sales services for customers including installation, configuration, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, and resolves malfunctions.

You will determine when products should be upgraded or replaced to meet your customer needs and provide customers assistance with the operation and maintenance of company products. You will develop on-going relationship with customers to secure future business. You may also provide on-site training to customers on the features of the equipment they purchase.

To be considered, you must have:

  • Current Full Drivers Licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Trade certificate in mechanical fitting, industrial instruments, electrical trade or similar.
  • Highly developed technical and analytical skills


The Service Technician will be based in Auckland and will report to the Regional Manager. The territory will be focused on specific key account and territory responsibilities in the NZ Region (majority being within North Island) with travel throughout the NZ Region as required. Overseas travels may also be a requirement of the role on an "as needs" basis. Eg. Australia, Fiji, PNG.
