Job Description

Working on a Permanent full time basis at one of our retail clients in Hamilton – Red Badge Group are looking for highly motivated & well-presented individuals who can bring their customer service & people skills to our team!

As we continue to grow, we currently have multiple opportunities for individuals who were wanting a change, to develop & grow or are starting to progress a career in security!

About You:

  • Confident with customer service, responding to incidents, and following processes and procedures
  • Security experience and a COA license is advantageous, however if you don’t have a COA but are over 18 years old, with a clean criminal record we can help you obtain one.
  • Full clean NZ Drivers License
  • A clean criminal record & eligible to work in NZ.
  • Flexibility – must be available to work at least one weekend day & cover shifts when required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and reliable, confident & honest.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with the client and take directives.
  • Possess the ability to engage & build relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Possess a professional work ethic and desire to take responsibility.
  • Strong focus on delivering high quality security-solutions.
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness – able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Appointees will also be subject to a security check.
