Job Description

The Opportunity

We are actively seeking two Project Coordinators to join our utilities team on a 6 month fixed term contract. These roles can be based anywhere in our offices in New Zealand but preferably in Wellington.

To support Downer NZ's business by:

  • Coordinating and integrating multiple activities across multiple functional lines to meet SLA's and KPI's.
  • Ensuring the coordination including schedule, cost, scope, and risk constraints are managed effectively to provide the best possible outcome.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and suppliers, both internal and external, to produce required outcomes.
  • Actively seeking improvement opportunities to increase margin, client satisfaction and Downer's overall company standing.
  • Openly promoting a culture of excellence.
