What will you be doing

We’re looking for an established Business Manager — or a rising Business Executive ready to step up — to join our vibrant Auckland-based team and make your mark. As a BM you are an integral part of the business service team. A real team player. You are here because you love the advertising industry. You are well-organised, handle pressure, can meet tight deadlines, juggle many jobs at once and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the advertising industry.

You will be counted upon to manage the day-to-day knowledge of client’s business around sales, market position and growth opportunities. You will take care of meeting preparation, including WIP, contact reports and creative for any presentations.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and eager to learn. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by suggesting and implementing improvements within the agency. And most importantly, you'll be part of a supportive team that values diversity, honesty, and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, absorb information effectively, pick up new things quickly and thrive working collaboratively with others.
