We are looking for an independent and creative Marketing Coordinator to support Silverdale Medical, Millwater Medical, Weiti Creek Medical, and SkinSafe Orewa. This role is based in Orewa and focuses on promoting SkinSafe services to the public while also advancing our employer health portfolio.

If you have experience in social media marketing, content creation, and branding, and can work independently without a senior marketing team to guide you, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content Creation - Develop and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms using Canva and the branding toolbox of assets
  • Marketing Materials - Design and produce flyers, brochures, posters, and digital assets to promote services across the healthcare network.
  • Community Engagement - Increase awareness of SkinSafe services and employer health offerings across the network through targeted campaigns.
  • Website Improvements - Work with the web developer to improve the quality of websites, ensuring content is updated, engaging, and user-friendly.
  • Independently Manage Marketing Tasks - Execute marketing initiatives based on content direction, with no senior marketing professionals to mentor you.
  • Brand Consistency - Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and messaging across different medical practices.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in social media marketing, particularly Facebook and Instagram
  • Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) to create high-quality marketing materials
  • Basic knowledge of website content management and ability to collaborate with a web developer
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while following content direction
  • Strong written communication skills to craft engaging and clear marketing messages
  • Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Creative problem solver with an eye for design and digital storytelling
