Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a passion for procurement and supply chain management? Look Floors is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive purchasing management experience.
  • Previous experience in the wholesale sector or FMCG environment, ideally within the flooring industry, but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including advanced ERP/CRM/Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not essential.
  • Independent, flexibility to juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Can start immediately.


What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and profit share bonus package.
  • Penrose based. Monday- Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
